We recommend diluting the anticoagulated blood sample in a ratio of 1:10-1:20 with Turk’s solution. Erythrocytes should be completely lysed after 2-5 minutes. The number of leukocytes can be determined using a counting chamber (e.g. Neubauer counting chamber, order no. T728.1).
